Famous Ramen in Central

Finally get to try the famous Ramen in Central. The menu is very simple as the restaurant only serves 4 types of Ramen. FK commented that it tasted better than the one which we had in Japan.

Unlike the usual ones I have tried in most Japanese restaurants in Singapore, the soup base is thick and tasty.

I love the egg...hard on the outside, slightly watery yolk. I wonder how they managed to cook it.
